70cl / 43.6% – A single batch Irish whiskey from Clonakilty, finished in virgin oak casks and matured in a warehouse overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Soft aromas of sweet spices, freshly-cut grass, ripe orchard fruits and leather fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of fresh ginger, cubeb pepper, hazelnut, almond and grass.
