70cl / 48.6% / The Nectar – This Irish single malt whiskey was made in 1989 at a mystery distillery and bottled 29 years later by Belgian bottler The Nectar for its Daily Drams series in 2018. A sweet, malty whiskey it has notes of caramel, cinnamon and citrus throughout the palate.
